Korean fintech company Doomoolmori, specializing in big data-driven operational technology and investment services, announced on 22nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Consumer Experience Research Lab in Singapore.

With this MOU, Doomoolmori and NTU UX Lab aim to achieve a synergistic effect by integrating advanced personalized digital investment services with enhanced optimal consumer experiences through research on financial investor behavior.

Doomoolmori plans to share its implementation technology for personalized investment platforms based on big data with NTU UX Lab and collaboratively develop financial consumer experience solutions for domestic and international business expansion in the long term.

NTU UX Lab, in collaboration with Doomoolmori, will research and optimize financial investor behavior on digital platforms, engage in joint data projects, and consider fostering data analysis talent and exchanges. Additionally, various research projects are expected to be conducted to apply big data analytics to the digital investment management market.

Chun Yung Nok, the CEO of Doomoolmori, stated, "Our goal is to provide each individual investor with the optimal investment experience tailored to their needs." He further added, "We aim to leverage advanced big data-driven investment technology and scientific research on consumer experiences to maximize the benefits for individual investors."

Lee Kwan Min, the inaugural Korea Foundation Professor in Contemporary Korean Society and New Media, commented, "Through a scientific approach and analysis of users, we aim to significantly improve the usability and accessibility of fintech services, enabling more people to make wise investment and financial decisions."
